Dr Lillian privately charges patients 16-74 years of age. Healthcare card holders and pension card holders may be eligible for a discount. Children 15 years and under, and seniors over 75 years of age remain bulk billed. *Out-of-hours surcharge applies before 8am weekdays, on weekends, and public holidays.
Regular patients of Dr Lillian Lao who have an urgent medical condition can contact the practice by phone for urgent appointment availability.
