Dr Joel privately charges patients 16-74 years of age. Healthcare card holders and pension card holders may be eligible for a discount. Children 15 years and under and seniors over 75 years of age will remain bulk billed. *Out-of-hours surcharge applies before 8am weekdays, on weekends, and public holidays.
