We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.After almost 12 years providing quality healthcare to the people of The Gap and extended community, including remaining open throughout the entirety of the Covid-19 pandemic and watching successive generations of patients attend our family practice, the owners of The Gap Shopping Centre and their new Sydney based Leasing Agent have decided that our lease has not been renewed.
We feel that our allegiance to The Gap Community appears to mean absolutely nothing to this Shopping Centre, and instead they have chosen to go with an ‘out-of-state’ company. Sadly, we must now remove everything and vacate by the end of October.
Your medical records will continue to be available for transfer to a new practice of your choosing after the 27 September.- We will happily transfer a clinical summary of your visits at no charge.
- If you require your full / comprehensive medical record to be transferred, then there will be an administration fee of just $5. (We regret this cost, but we will need to continue to employ our Practice Manager after the closure to perform all of these medical record transfers).
