    Online Medical Certificates, are not a replacement for face-to-face medical care. This service is not suitable for urgent medical conditions or conditions that require treatment.

    Terms of use

    All requests are clinically reviewed by an Australian Registered Health Practitioner. The practitioners reserve the right to reject any request. Should your request be rejected, you will be issued a refund (less the transaction fee) within 5-10 business days. We do not provide backdated medical certificates. Certificates will be dated the day of your review. Extensions are not available. This service does not provide treatment or prescriptions. If the patient requires medical attention, please contact their regular practitioner. This medical certificate service is not suitable for Workcover, Australian Courts or Centerlink (Services Australia).

    By continuing, you acknowledge that this service is not intended to replace a consultation with your GP, and that if you require treatment for your condition you will seek medical attention. Our online practitioners may call you for more information to make their assessment. However, this not a consult, and you will not be provided with treatment or prescriptions.
